For over 10 years WSX has been delivering economic and social solutions to local communities across Southern England, both as a lead partner and as an active partner in many different consortiums.

New Directions
What – Build a better future by joining our New Directions project with FREE 1:1 employability support and advice, self-employment guidance, workshops to improve your employability and life skills. We can also offer you access to our online software platform Bodyswaps to improve your job interview and communication skills to get job!
Where – We can meet you near your place of residence but most of our activites and workshops take place at the Aldershot Enterprise Centre in Aldershot near the train station.
Who – Young women, 18-30 years old from Aldershot and surroundings. Our support is for young women who haven’t found their direction in life yet and are unsure what to do to find a job, develop a career and simply succeed in life. We can help you overcome barriers to realise your potential.
We know that everyone is different, and that is why we give individual support. We are here for people, whether they need 3 weeks of support and guidance for 3 months.
Inspiring Enterprise
WSX Enterprise Ltd ran the Inspiring Enterprise project from 2016-2023. Our team of experts advised, mentored and supported over 1000 unemployed or disadvantaged people to find a better future by providing self-employment support, as well as help with finding a job or training course.

Solent Supporting Employment Programme
We supported unemployed people to set up their own businesses, find a job or enrol in a training course. The project specifically focussed on people who have been affected by health issues.

Digivet
Using non-formal education methods, both online (digital toolkit) and offline (training seminars/workshops) methods, we helped develop a digital skills and competencies training programme in entrepreneurial skills for 240 disadvantaged women
WOMIN
The aim of the Project was to increase women’s participation in the labour market by improving educators’ and trainers’ entrepreneurial training skills and competencies.
